Then, I strategically market and showcase your home to buyers, other brokers, and my network. Once you have offers I ensure all documentation is explained and signed. Then, we monitor the buyers' contingency removal dates; if they have not removed all contingencies then we still search for back-up offers to stay on track.


The above are not all the steps to get your home sold, but they are a good start and once we're working together I'll explain everything to you in detail for your particular circumstances both verbally and in writing so you are clear on the processes and timelines. I will also do all I can to ensure you have the best opportunities to gain the highest price for your home. Prior to marketing, home inspections should be completed and I'll take care of those so you can be informed and so that if you choose to make repairs to net a higher value those can be done prior to buyers submitting an offer. I have a large vendor list, an excellent eye for what appeals to buyers, and good people to help us work around a tight budget. Also, professional photos are a must in order to gain top dollar and I will make sure that happens; remember, those photos are being marketed to local and international buyers as the first showing of your property so we want to give a great first impression of your property and grab buyers' attention.
